My approach
I am a a counsellor specialising in infertility, loss, traumatic birth, complex perinatal health journeys, disability and maternal mental health. My extensive training, paired with my capacity for deep and compassionate listening, helps clients navigate the emotional challenges and complexities that arise from life-changing experiences. My aim is for clients to feel truly heard and genuinely supported.
I also work with clients are seeking counselling for more general concerns including bereavement, depression and anxiety.
I am here to help you make sense of what you’ve lived through with warmth, clarity and non-judgement.
